The Padel Shed is situated in the heart of our busy third generation arable farm. Here we proudly grow a range of crops for local and international markets. These crops include wheat, barley, oilseed rape, sugar beet, oats and peas. The business was started by Hugh and Ann Maddever and continues to be run by Andrew and Sarah along with Henry and Jasmine.

As part of our long-term aim, we always look to add income streams to our successful farming enterprise. Our latest venture is “The Padel Shed” where we have installed one undercover doubles court in a former machinery shed. The court benefits from two retractable curtains, one on the East elevation and one on the West. This will enable play to continue during poor weather as well as good weather so you can come and enjoy the sunshine and countryside views.
